Scope and access limitations are defined in the preinspection agreement. An inspection is not a warranty or a technically exhaustive evaluation.A DISCIPLINED PROCESS
A home inspection should leave you better informed. We focus on what we observe, why it matters, and who can help when further evaluation is needed.
Review the property, inspection agreement, access, and your questions before the inspection.
Evaluate accessible systems and document findings with photos, noting areas that cannot be safely inspected.
Discuss observed concerns in plain language and distinguish material issues from routine maintenance.
Provide a clear report with limitations and recommendations for qualified specialists where appropriate.

BryanEXPERIENCE THAT SHAPES THE APPROACH
For 21 years, Bryan served in the U.S. Navy’s bomb squad, formally known as Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD). His work centered on protecting people: identifying hazards, assessing risks, and helping others understand what needed to happen next.
He founded Render Safe Property Inspections to carry that commitment into a new chapter—helping people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. A home purchase deserves careful observation, clear information, and someone willing to take the time to explain what they find.
Home inspection is a different profession, but the habits Bryan brings remain the same: work systematically, pay attention to details, communicate honestly, and put people first. You'll work directly with him to understand the home's condition and the concerns that deserve further attention.
WHY RENDER SAFE?
In the Navy bomb squad, “render safe” means taking action to make an explosive hazard safe. These days, I leave the explosives out of it—but bring the same careful observation and clear communication to inspecting homes.
A home inspection doesn’t make a house defect-free. It helps you understand what you’re buying, what deserves attention, and what questions to ask before making a major financial commitment. That’s the idea behind Render Safe: confidence through inspection.
Home inspection training and national and Washington examination components completed. Services will begin after licensing and launch preparations are finalized.
